Eight statues on the corner

128_1Dob utca 75-81, in the 7th district…a building which hosts among others the Ministry of Information and Telecommunication. And on the corner of it (arriving from the “korut”, where the tram No. 4 and 6 is passing) there is an interesting statue made by Gabor Boda in 1940. There are 8 figures: an old hungarian messenger, King St. Stephan, figures symbolizing the Hungarian politics, the art, the science, a soldier, the agriculture and finally Tivadar Puskas (inventor of the telephone switching center).
