Vasarely Muzeum (posted review)

To be honest , I didn’t knew that name before I went to Budapest. And after I’ve seen his work I wont forget it either. But we stood there in front of the muzeum , all the busses stop in front of it and it was free with the Budapest card. So why not have a look. Without it is very cheap as well. Victor Vasarely has something in common with MC-Escher. Who is one of my favorite artists. He was fascinated by motion. When you start on the ground floor , you see his eraly works. Nothing exiting about that. But soon his fascination comes up. And every work is about lines and movement , perspective. There are some 3D models with the same movement. By the end of the top gallery you will feel a bit dizzy I guess. Very amuzing are the older ladies who give you without any doubt some guidance in Hungarian. But we did appreciated it. They showed us the angle how to luck at some. The picture is taken on the inner court of the muzeum. No picture taking in allowed.
